Heating & cooling installation, repair, and maintenance
Air duct cleaning and repair
Thermostat installation and service
Indoor air quality improvements

We may modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Booking & Cancellations

To request a service, contact us by phone, email, or via our website.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment incur no fee.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may incur up to a $75 fee.
No‐shows may be charged the full service amount.

4. Pricing & Payments

We base our prices on the scope of work and confirm them before starting.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.
For large or custom projects, we may require a deposit.
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship.

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as stated.
We guarantee labor for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Warranty claims must be reported within the guarantee period.

6. User Conduct & Site Usage

We expect you not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited actions include:

Uploading malicious code
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
Using our site for fraudulent activities

We reserve the right to refuse service or access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property
