At Rad Air Care US, we strive to provide high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services in full compliance with California law, including regulations set by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

Right to Cancel (Under CSLB Law)
​
Per CSLB regulations and California Business & Professions Code §7159, you have the right to cancel any contract for services valued over $25 within three (3) business days of signing, without any penalty or obligation, provided the agreement was signed at your home or off business premises.

Refund Eligibility (Outside 3-day Cooling-Off)
​
Refunds may be considered beyond the 3-day window in the following situations:

Services were not rendered as agreed in the signed work order
​

Equipment installed was defective and not repaired or replaced
​

There was a material breach of contract by our company
​

The work is found non-compliant with CSLB construction standards and not corrected within a reasonable time
​
Non-Refundable Situations
​
The following are not eligible for refunds:

Customer changed mind after work completion
​

Customer failed to allow service access on scheduled date
​

Damage or malfunction caused by third-party tampering
​

Delay due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, permit delays)

How to Submit a Complaint
​
If you believe your HVAC service issue qualifies for a refund and has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a formal complaint with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB).

CSLB handles complaints regarding licensed contractors, contract disputes, unfulfilled agreements, poor workmanship, and violations of California contractor law.

Refund Process
​
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days via your original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
